PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP
Insight Accountancy offers you a professional, but more importantly personal accountancy service that we believe you deserve for all your accountancy needs. You will be given access to a personal contact that is a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant. Your dedicated contact will deal with all your requirements meaning you will not be passed from person to person, causing frustration, wasting your valuable time. It is therefore of the utmost importance to us that all of our staff are approachable and build a positive rapport with their client base.
EXPERIENCE
Having held senior positions in industry and commerce our accountants are ideally placed to help you grow your business and offer proactive support from a “real life” perspective. As you would expect from any accountancy practice we also specialise in all areas of business compliance such as accounts production and taxation.
COMMUNICATION
Dealing with people from all walks of life we understand the need to communicate in clear and simple English. The majority of our clients have no formal accountancy training. We therefore ensure that we are able to explain your finances in a concise and understandable way.
FIXED FEES
One of the most frequent complaints we hear when meeting new clients is the high fees they experienced from their previous accountant. We actively promote fixed-fee offers to all of our clients, but can also charge on an hourly basis when requested by our clients. Furthermore, we also promote a monthly standing order scheme. This allows you to spread your annual accountancy fees throughout the year helping you manage your cash flow and budget more efficiently.

Having worked in industry for 15 years and holding Senior finance positions, Rob recognised there was a gaping hole in the SME market to be filled. Whilst there are numerous accountants on the high street that could offer compliance services, very few actually had experience in running a business “in the real world”.

From this Insight Accountancy was formed to offer businesses great compliance support, whilst also being able to offer invaluable advice and assistance in the day to day struggles businesses encounter. By utilising the latest technology that is available, accountancy can now be highly automated and more importantly can be one of the most important tools a business has in understanding where it is and how best to achieve its objectives.
